An international award winner, this rich single malt embodies balance and refinement. The nose reveals crème brûlée, toasted almond and golden syrup, lifted by a subtle coastal freshness. The palate unfolds with silky caramel, vanilla bean and gentle oak spice, layered with hints of citrus and honeycomb. The finish is smooth, elegant and lingering.

Distiller's Reserve Whisky | 46% ABV

A single cask personally selected by our Founder and Head Distiller, matured in barrels that once held Barossa Shiraz and crafted from locally sourced malt. Bold yet refined, this whisky carries layers of spiced red fruit, roasted almond and warm malt richness. The finish is long and structured, with lingering notes of Shiraz tannin, dried cherry and charred oak. Limited release. International award winner.

Platinum Edition Whisky | 62% ABV

A rare, unique opportunity to experience whisky exactly as the distiller does - straight from the cask at full strength. Unfiltered and uncompromised, this single cask expression is a statement of depth and authenticity. The palate delivers robust caramel, burnt sugar and malted biscuit, with a backbone of charred oak.
