Our Platinum Single Malt is a bold yet balanced expression of coastal Australian whisky, triple distilled with precision at our Fremantle distillery using 100% Western Australian malted barley.
Fermented slowly and crafted entirely in-house through copper pot stills, the spirit is matured in Virgin American Oak Char #3 barrels for a minimum of two years. The result is a powerful yet elegant whisky that brings richness and structure without overpowering finesse.
