Hand-selected by our distiller and founder, this one-off barrel represents a rare crossover between rum and wine, a small-batch masterpiece aged in a 220L American Oak Cabernet barrel from the famed Margaret River region.

Designed as a gateway to the Collector's experience, this Distiller's Reserve release is a study in balance and restraint. The red wine cask brings structure and subtle fruit without overpowering the rum’s natural sweetness, creating a spirit that’s smooth, contemplative, and quietly complex.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Ripe berries, sugarcane, and soft oak with hints of vanilla pod

  • Palate: Red currant, caramel, plum skin and gentle wine tannin

  • Finish: Rounded and lingering with warm spice, light molasses and dry Cabernet grip

  • Mouthfeel: Silky and medium-bodied with a smooth flow and gentle dryness on the finish
