Our single malt is a handcrafted expression crafted from locally sourced West Australian grain, brewed fermented, distilled, barreled and meticulously matured in American Oak casks. This refined whisky offers a harmonious balance of sweet and savory notes, with a lingering finish.
AROMA: Upfront oak herbaceous notes mellow into a sweet, condensed milk with white chocolate lashings, topped with a caramelised honey cashew.
FLAVOUR: Refined caramel oak in a medium mouthfeel whisky, highlights of white chocolate, sea air, vanilla and roasted honey cashews.
