Distilled with precision at our Fremantle distillery, this single malt whisky offers a delicate balance of flavours. Made from Western Australian barley malt and crafted entirely in-house, the whisky undergoes a slow fermentation and distillation in three copper stills. Aged for at least two to three years in virgin oak barrels, each sip reveals a harmonious profile of caramel, vanilla, and crème brûlée with subtle oak undertones.

At 63% ABV, the Platinum Single Malt is an approachable, smooth whisky—ideal for leisurely sipping or as a sophisticated cocktail base.
