Whisky - Platinum Single Malt

Our single malt whisky is distilled at our Fremantle distillery in 3 copper stills. Using Western Australian barley malt as our base grain, our brewers create the wash and ferment in house in our fermenters.

Once distilled our new make spirit is destined for the barrel, where we use virgin oak, aged for 3 years before being charred and coopered into its shape. The new make now sits in our barrels for a minimum of two to three years. During this period our distillers show the virtue of patience, checking in on the barrels to make sure they are aging gracefully.

Our Single Malt whisky has an aromatic aroma and taste profile of caramel, vanilla, oak, crème brûlée
