Whisky - Gold Single Malt - Sherry Barrel Finish

In early 2022, our distilling team welcomed two sherry casks, eager to explore the possibilities of secondary barrel finishing. This approach has added a luxurious red grape note, perfectly complementing the caramel and vanilla flavours of our single malt. Crafted using the Japanese whisky-making technique, this whisky offers a clean base that allows the sherry casks to shine.

The result is a rich, decadent pour with a velvety texture, a testament to the harmony between the malt and barrels. At 45% ABV, this whisky is a true highlight in our distillers’ collection, bringing a silky finish that lingers beautifully on the palate.
